My virus scan detected the Vundo.gen.y trojan in mscvp70.dll as I was extracting from the exe file onto my usb stick. I have been using portable apps for awhile now and this is a first. I am grabbing it off sourceforge.net from the NY mirror.
You are here
KompoZer Portable 0.7.10_Rev_2 trojan
If you're using BitDefender or GData, their current definitions sets are royally messed up and are throwing false positives on all kinds of stuff.
Always be sure to check multiple antivirus products using one of the free online scanners linked from our support page before reporting virus issues.
McAfee picked it up as I was running the executable and extracting to my USB stick and ClamWin confirmed it. I deleted the file ASAP upon discovery and ran a full scan with McAfee again got a clean bill of health.
Here this shows you it is a false positive only 1 out of 37 detected it

The KompoZer installer came out long before this virus was discovered in the wild, so probably before it even existed. I just redownloaded the file from the NY mirror and it is our official release with the Rare Ideas, LLC digital signature. The file scans clean with only 2 minor warnings from antivirus products that usually have iossues:

If you're using the same McAfee release, I'd suggest checking your machine for infection. Or it was an issue with their definitions set earlier today.
