Hey folks.
I find the Portable Apps very handy and convenient, thank you. However, I have a list of about 15 apps that scroll in the launcher list. Is there a method for me to create a folder called "utilities" and put certain apps in there and the same for "office" and "etc".
Please if anyone knows a way to create folders to better organize my portable apps I'd be very much appericative.

It's coming in the 2.0 release which will be out soon. The 1.2 release which is being packaged shortly allows you to rename and hide icons which may help (lots of people only want 1 OpenOffice.org icon, for instance).
There are a few menu mods that do categories now but they're not officially supported and have some known bugs.
It may help to know that you can scroll not only by clicking on the scroll button but also by using the mousewheel or arrow keys or page up / page down buttons. That actually takes less time than having multiple categories and having to click twice for all apps.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
