why does the Portable Firefox open a "keyword:portable firefox" link automatically after started? And then take me to
"http://www.google.com/search?btnI=I%27m+Feeling+Lucky&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&...".That is "http://portablefirefox.mozdev.org/"
I need to disable it,however I can't find the method out.

In fact I used portablefirefox1.0 and use the firefox update to update it to 1.5 and then 1.5.*.It still works very well.

You are right,I test it on other machines,work well:)
But I still don't know why it doesn't work on my machine,I just unzip the portableFirefox and click the portableFirefox.exe,I think it uses its inner profile.If it uses outside profile,where is it?I have check the "application data\mozilla" folder,there is no profile because I just reinstall my XP serveral days ago.I am still confused...
