No$Cash = No Go. it's freeware and not under an OSI Approved license. I am however working on VisualBoyAdvance-MPortable. I am working with the author on this one and it's under an OSI Approved license 
if you don't mind waiting for a little bit I shall make it available for you to use.

Any good Opensourced DS emulator? NO$GBA is the best ds emulator.

Any other?
Now that we've mentioned a GBA emulator here, it comes to mind, are there any other good PortableApps-ready emulators (other than DOSBox) out there?
