When clicking on a message the software shows the message, downloading the message if required. This is understandable, and I am sure a lot of people prefer this way.
However, it becomes time consuming when only headers are downloaded, like going thru the spam folder to train the junk filter. Adding the ability to select the number of mouse clicks as a message selection option would be most beneficial. This way one click selects the local message header, while a double click would download the full message. In this way message headers can be deleted locally, yet the entire message is deleted from the mail server without downloading messages we have no interest or intention to read. This may also save on unnecessary flash drive writes, but I am not positive.
Thank you.
