Other: Original software author posted on this site requesting this be ported back in 2007 but was turned down due to closed source nature. However considering there's some -portable switch (that I myself don't understand) shouldn't be hard to make a portable launcher plus can pretty much count on authors permission when freeware is "Officially Supported".
