Download Task Coach Portable 0.72.1 Pre-Release 1 [8.2MB download / 10MB installed]
(MD5: 268b96c9b2f870e063e2a7bbf40dff8e)

Release Notes:

Pre-Release 1 (2008-02-21):

  • Update to base application which now supports drag & drop from Thunderbird properly. - Props to the Task Coach team for getting a release out so soon after my bug was fixed. This version also has a multilingual installer with all supported languages, some using English strings until translations are finalized.

Notes:

All I'd like tested with this is to make sure drag & drop works fine between Thunderbird Portable and Task Coach Portable... it worked fine for me. Simply drag an email message onto any pane in the Task Coach window.

Hmm

Is that a requirement? Ok, it's fixed. Thanks for testing. Smile

... actually, no it's not. The file's up there, but I need to fix the filename, and apparently my FTP is down. Will check.

no problems on vista ultimate

I've just tried it on Vista Ultimate SP1 (64bit) and it works without any obvious problems.

I was also able to successfully drag an email from Thunderbird Portable to Task Coach Portable.

It's all good :-)

No issues on multiple XP SP3 machines with different levels of rights. Full Admin Rights (home), Limited Rights (Tafe/Library), (Extremely Limited Rights where I can't even add a word to the MS Word dictionary (Work). No problems on any of them Smile
