IE & Safari Launcher

I would like to have a launcher for IE & Safari. I like Firefox better but being a web developer you need multiple browser.

isnt IE part of windows?

I mean it should be on every windows machine appart from these few where it was removed by force. So it is there anyway , why to have a launcher for it?

i think the reason might be

i think the reason might be some computers have IE6 installed but the user wants IE8 or IE7 because it has tabby abilities.

Either way it wont work because IE is highly tied into the Operating system and would not work on different versions of windows well.
