I sue Portable apps nd keep them on a separate drive to my Widnoes installation. Is there a way I can add "scan with clamwin" to the context menu in the way that exists with the non-portable version?

You should install the normal version and check the registry beginning in:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\ClamWin
There should be a CLSID: {65713842-C410-4f44-8383-BFE01A398C90}
Maybe you can use RegRapper to capture the keys.
Export the keys for clamwin, unistall the normal version.
Modify the exported .reg file to match the location of your Portable ClamWin and then import the .reg file.
But in my opinion this is jsut the reason for a standard (Not Portable) installation, that you have optimum System Integration.
I think of course you can "abuse" the portable as a local installation by installing into \PortableClamWin\App\clamwin
Please correct me if I'm wrong with that.
dont 'sue'
