In the mouse settings, Windows has an option to specify how many lines to scroll at a time when using the mouse wheel. Any possibility the PAP could respect this setting? Right now it only scrolls one line regardless of the Windows setting.

Nope, that's machine-specific, so your platform would suddenly be doing something different when you switch machines (aka NOT portable). Maybe we'll add an option later to do multiple lines or something.
