Can You Make my app into a PortableApp?

Hey

Can you guys at Portable Apps make my 1 file app that was made in VisualBasic 2008 into a Portable App

THE SOURCE CODE IS IN VISUALBASIC2008 LANGUAGE, OR CAN YOU JUST APP THE APP ITSELF TO THE SUITE WITHOUT THE SPLASHSCREEN THINGEMAJIG...

Anyone viewing this can have the source code if they have VisualBasic 2008

There is this issue we called .net not all computers carry them this would not be a candidate, .net is not really portable
