Liberta 1.9 files- what do they do?

I've downloaded the 4 Liberta 1.0 programs (several times now). When I run them, all open and close a DOS window. Log also gives a 16 bit MSDOS subsystem error. Nowhere that I can find were any files actually added to my USB drive. ?????

They are modules

They are going to be linked together soon. Run them from the command prompt.
Sync is the successor to Profile Sync;
Log is the successor to PortaLog;
Backup is the successor to MiniUp;
Wrap is the successor to ?;
AutoINF is a standalone.
Get it?
