Whenever I insert my HDD in the USB, the autoplay menu does not show the portable apps in the list. Pls. can someone tell me how I can get it to appear in the autoplay menu.

Create a file named autorun.inf containing this.
[Autorun]
Open=StartPortableApps.exe
Action=StartPortableApps.com
Icon=StartPortableApps.exe
Label=PortableApps.com

This method worked, but I had to make changes to the path. Thanks for the idea.
What jimmy said. It shouldn't be necessary if you installed PortableApps.com to the root directory, though as it creates it itself.

Hey, I took jimmy72 & your idea and had to make changes to the path & it worked guys, thanks a lot.
I don't know how hard it would be...but if you created the had the platform autorun at the root of the directory and updated the path on the first run.

As the Platform installs a valid autorun.inf on install, it starts out right. If it's altered, we assume the user did it on purpose.
