Description: Powerbullet is a simple program for creating Flash Presentations. It supports multipage presentations, custom animations, and can create standalone exe presentations.
I use it, and it's quite handy and remarkably versatile. There really isn't another free or open source flash creation program for Windows that rivals it.

Other: This is a freeware program. It's semi-abandoned - the original developer wanted to make it open source, but he actually lost the code! I contacted him and asked if we could make a launcher here at PortableApps.com, and he said OK of we didn't change the actual app code.

I can forward this email from Mark Carolan (the dev), giving permission for us to create a launcher, to the person that wants to pick up this app.
