New app for NetBeans, Eclipse, Dev-C++, Xampp, PSPad

I have developed an application that makes it possible to use NetBeans, Eclipse, Dev-C++, Xampp, PSPad and others. He manages these applications to make them portable and if necessary install a portable version of the launcher program, such as PSPad Portable. It is freeware, but is not open source.
Can I post here?

(The English is not my native language, sorry if there are errors :-()

Wait but..

Several of the program you mentioned have already been made portable...

Xampp??? That's in the Internet category...
I'm working on Eclipse and...
I found Dev-C++ somewhere on the site but I don't know where. I downloaded it and it is portable.

I've never heard of NetBleans and PSPad though.

Anyway, as long as you just provide a link to it, that's fine. But if the package contains anything illegal, then no.

Nope

You can't self-promote on PortableApps.com. We only make an exception for open source software. And then you can only post once or maybe twice a month.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

You arent. the OP is.

You arent. the OP would be if he posted the package, because he stated it's freeware, not open source.

Sorry if I am wrong.

See the original code of some portable programs posted on PortableApps.com.
Indeed some programs still leave trace behind.
What I did was create my own portable programs. Were made to the instructions of the official sites of these programs and in their FAQ. I created these programs from scratch.
The XAMPP that exist in PortableApps using subst, I don't use. Already use the XAMPP for many years, I am the translator of the Portuguese language.
I did some portables like wxDev-C++, Netbeans, Aptana, for example.

Is freeware, because I will not provide the source code. Reason: already copied much of my source code, taking my original authorship.

Either way I will not enter into discussion with anyone.
I don't want to self promote, so I asked if the programs could post here. Just sharing the programs that turn into portable and instructions for how to configure for use with the original program.
Sorry again, I don't want to self promote.

In the original post, can see that I asked if could put here, because only moderators can say that and no way to talk to them except the forum.

Must be open source

Sorry, but even if some of the apps are not portable, we can only accept launchers if they are open source. That's just the way it is. If you don't want to make your source code available, sorry, but you can't help us. Open source is a must with stuff here (at the moment).
