I tried to have a look at the zillasoft webpage but Web Of Trust (WOT) blocks it saying its a dangerous site. I know WOT isn't infallible but it is a good indicator. I see the file is on download.com so I trust it's clean. It says its free but not if its OSS. PortableApps.com currently only does OSS software and launchers for freeware. If the app is freeware you'll need to edit your request to show your requesting a launcher only.
Additionally can I recommend to check the request app forum guidelines to see how to better layout your request increasing the chance of a positive response from a dev. Oh and last but not least, have you tried Eraser - https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/eraser_portable
It seems like it does the same stuff as the app your requesting and is already an official PortableApps.com application so you can get very reliable support in the support forum.
