how do i add a splash to sunbird?

I noticed only thunderbird and firefox have the splash?

I would also like to add my custom sunbird splash to sunbird...please let me know how i can do this.

i did it myself :)

Now i just need help on changing the Thunderbird splash screen. if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it. I already got the NSIS program. Smile just need to know if i need anything else and where to put it etc..
