SmartSVN Portable

Is it possible to add a closed-source, but free software to this list which does not need modification because the vendor already releases a portable bundle on his website?

I'm talking about SmartSVN which can be downloaded from

http://www.syntevo.com/smartsvn/download.html

including a Win32-portable bundle (requiring just a normal Java runtime which usually is installed on any serious developer's machine). If this Java dependency is the problem to be listed here, I'll contact the vendor of SmartSVN, maybe they'll add Java like they do with their Win32-installer bundle.
