Website Suggestion

I do not know if this is possible but it would be nice to be able to download portable apps in a custom pack. For example, I could view the list of available portable apps and select specific apps to add to a download basket that I can then download. The download will contain a ZIP archive with the installers for the selective apps.

[link removed by moderator JTH. the linked site violates the GPL by not providing source downloads and in the past leeched bandwidth from us by hotlinking images and should not be linked from here.] has this feature and I like it.

Issues

There would be some issues with it as we'd have to pay for all the bandwidth we're using now. If you'd like to contribute $20,000 a month to cover the cost, I'd consider it Smile

I removed the link to the site you mentioned. In the past, they hotlinked all our images and leeched bandwidth from us until I blocked them. They also distribute GPL binaries without also hosting the source (which is a violation of the GPL and copyright law). You'll also note that on their about us page they claim they developed the apps on their site like Firefox even though they're just hosting an out of date version of Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition that we created.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I find it funny how they take

I find it funny how they take the credit for creating the programs, then later on in the About Us page they say that they have "spent considerable time and effort to ensure that our collection of apps contain no malware or adware, but we cannot guarantee this and we are not responsible for any harm these apps may do to your computer system"

They also say that you can donate to help support the development of those apps. I wonder if the donate links redirect to the actual developers page or their own page O.o

Failure is not an option. It comes bundled with Windows.
