PortableApps are designed to require no uninstalling process. You simply go to the PortableApps folder, locate Toucan and delete the folder. It's that simple Then refresh your PortableApps Menu to remove it's entry.
If you've installed it to your pc rather than portable device simply locate the Toucan folder, delete it and delete any shortcuts you created to it. To be really speccy run a registry cleaner or 2 to remove any registry entries created through shortcuts you may have created.

Also, with the latest menu, you can right click an app and select "Uninstall" to make the process even easier
