i run hydra irc, its a nice little program. i googled it and cant find it for the portableapps platform, can someone make it?

HyrdaIRC actually is open sources (hoorays!), however it bears a rather quirky license that basically says something along the lines of 'the source is open, and you can look at it stuff, heck... even contribute, but when you do I will then own all your code'. That's the just of it if I recall, I know the community was not happy about the situation.
The least that could be done is a launcher, but I don't know if anyone would be interested.
actually it's not open-source it's more like freeware with source code, and because of that it's not really OSI Approved so a launcher only solution would be best probably
