If your app is called App, for example, right click the PortableApps.com platform icon in the lower right corner of your screen (XP/Vista) and choose Explore. Browse to PortableApps and then make a folder (File->New->Folder) called AppPortable (or something) and put your App's .exe and other dependencies in there. Leave out the uninstaller. Now in your PortableApps.com Platform menu go to Options and then Refresh App Icons. It'll update.
* If the app needs to be in a further sub-folder, it won't work. A future version will allow this.
* If the app has dependent .exe files in the root folder, they will show up in the menu as well. In that case right click on the unwanted menu entry and choose Hide From Menu.
