Plugins without Admin rights

Hi Folks,
i'm using Firefox Portable on my workspace.
Sadly i don't have admin rights on my pc.
But: I'd like to use the VLC-Plugin für Firfox and the question is "How can i install and use this plugin with my firefox portable"? I cannot start any installer programs!

Can you help me?

Here:

You'll need to do some working out of it yourself, but read the support page. You'll need to work out yourself what the files you need to copy are though, and you'll need admin or similar at some point, or be able to extract files from the installer, for example with 7-Zip Portable.
