Does manual exist in Spanish to create portable applications like in portableapps.com?

Hello,

Does manual exist in Spanish, to create applications as them of portableapps.com?
I have created applications with thinapp, but I want to learn to create them as you do in portableapps.com

There isn't a manual

...but here's the closest we have. Google is your friend, even if it isn't perfect
