Some requests I would like to make that seems interesting for work and development. Note that I can't find some of them portable or opensource or either free, If you know any that are open source maybe we can make them portable =D.

Not OSS, but freeware, Ccleaner is a good program, has an installable and portable* version. (*Not in the PortableApps sense) and there is another called cleanafterme, freeware as well. Also try the search for DiskCleanerPortable. It's a nice little app posted around here somewhere. It's probably a little old, but it works.
Edit: corrected name, originally had it spelled Cleaner, should've been spelled Ccleaner.

Well I decided to search on source Forge and google "free open source blah blah blah"
and found a few things.

has quite the community. Their motto "Honest File Sharring" (yes I know theres FrostWire)
I definintly want this to be portable
Tell me if you find anything I want on my list that is eligable here. Free CHM makers are rare (Under developed by users) and Open Source is never. Price range $199 ~ $19 >_> Also if anyone finds a text reader with features like type in box and it will read to you in a natural voice.

I would prefer this as it has an actual line to play the frames instead of after it is assembled. You can make hand drawn pictures!
