Wikipedia didn't know about it, but I did a quick Google search (using the PortableApps.com Google search no less) and it was the top result.
And it's video conferencing, not a media player as the topic creator seems to imply (at least, that was how I read it).
I can't pull up the homepage because it's blocked from this terminal, but I could right click --> copy link location.
I'll agree that it's good --- I exploit its multi-way video calls in my job --- but it's not open source.
