truecrypt and a vnc client

two apps i want

first: truecrypt (use it a lot and tired of having to install it on every computer)
second: a vnc client (not sure which)

you can download the truecrypt from the authors website, it is kind of portable on its own (travellers mode) but it needs admin rights to operate properly, so it can not be portable in fact.

for a VNC client . . .

I use tabbed_vncviewer.exe (you can Google it) and for a VPN I use BURI:Hamachi (Google again).
