VIM - the best text editor

Hello,

PortableApps is absolutly great.

It just lacks the best texteditor available :

It's opensource, pretty close to be portable already, multi-platform, translated in many language.

It's currently in testing. Probably needs an update to the latest PortableApps.com Specifications, but should work.
