Not to mention I've already made an updated launcher for this app with Ryan McCue's (original dev) permission to take over the project... and yes, it still works with the current version of uTorrent.

In the new version, comment out the FilesMove parameters, otherwise it will no longer be portable.
can add uTorrents\*.torrent=%PAL:AppDir%\uTorrent to clean up unnecessary junk
