Yes

There are two that I'm aware of:

The official Task Coach Portable
My Development Test of GanttProject Portable, a Java application which is project management rather than task management (more in depth)

I wonder if any of them sync with thunderbird, google mail tasks and/or a blackberry?

Any ideas?
