i want portable kmail how can i get it?
From the website: "KMail is part of the kdepim package of KDE (there's currently no package that contains only KMail). You will also need kdelibs and kdebase for using KMail."

We just told you that KMail is an inseparable part of the KDE package. KDE is a *nix window manager; it doesn't run on Windows. Therefore, it goes without saying that KMail won't run on Windows either.
