Portable Thunderbird Opening up Twice!

Has anyone else been experincing the same thing. For some reason TB (not all the time, but more often than not) opens up twice, and i can't quite put my finger on why.

I can't even open up two instances of TB normally (ie. click it twice), so i know i havn't clicked on it twice. This seemed to happen in the TB 1.07 too, but thougth it was fixed, as it only started again recently.
I have the following extensions installed.

contacts sidebar (1.07 and 1.5, easy get mail button (1.07 and 1.5), minimise to tray (1.07 and 1.5), profile password (1.07 and 1.5), signature switch, display mail user agent extensions, reminder fox, foxclocks, tbstats, quicktext, folderflags

I've got a local install also, and it that seems fine.

Any suggestions?

Something profile / extension related

It's something profile/extension related. I've seen it before, too, and it's always been something along those lines in a specific scenario. You have the same exact settings local?

You can open up another TB just by double-clicking on any mail folder.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Thats exactly right.....

Double clicking on a folder does open a new TB. I've eliminated that it is profile or extenstion related as i've just tried a fresh install and does the same thing. Is that a limitation of TB, or do i need to change something for this to happen?

Found a solution...

Never mind, i found the solution. Apparently its a bug in TB, but someone has made an extension name (fitting enough) 'No New Window on Double Click'. If anyone's interested, you can download it here.
