May I know how to copy all the settings, add-ons and plugins from portable firefox to an installed firefox ?

Follow this in reverse after running the local version at least once:
https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#local_profile
In Vista, it'll be C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\
instead of C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data
