Q-Dir is already portable

Q-Dir_Installer.zip
Q-Dir_Installer_Unicode.zip
Q-Dir_Installer_x64.zip
Q-Dir_Portable.zip
Q-Dir_Portable_Unicode.zip
Q-Dir_Portable_x64.zip

Just unzip the portable to your USB/PortableApps folder
and you are done.
