I don't have a specific comp in school that i use for programming and VS 08 is really useful since all types of languages such as VB,C++,C#, java, etc. So it would be really greatful if someone could develop it.

We can't do this, as it's closed source software. Also, on a technical level, it's practically impossible, as it uses .Net and other things extensively, which stop making it portable.
