Miranda: Unable to receive files?

Miranda: Unable to receive files?

I don't seem to be able to receive files at all; other Miranda users can try to send me thme, but they never transfer, and Yahoo users (my primary IM) have their file send option grayed out.

I can send files with no problems though. Any ideas?
