JK Defrag appears to have now become My Defrag which might be appropriate for inclusion

http://www.kessels.nl/JkDefrag/index.html

(The following is taken from his webpage.)

The long-awaited version 4 is finally out. The program is now called "MyDefrag", because it has a scripting language and you can customize just about every aspect of it. It is no longer the "JK" (Jeroen Kessels) defragger, but "my" (your) defragger!

Fully functional freeware.
Higher speed.
Better optimization.
Lower memory usage.
.... and more!

The last version of JkDefrag is still available from this page, see below. But it is no longer supported.

We Know

Unfortunately, it's a bit of a different app. It's now closed source, so we can't host it for free on SourceForge.net. We're about to introduce freeware, but they changed the way it works and our old launcher doesn't work with it anymore.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
