what i think would be the most useful is a single program, a simple web browser with a built-in, always active, proxy server like portable tor. (to the best of my knowledge anyway). so theres no hassle, so punching in numbers or ports. i'll search for something, but i'd like help as well

This download is portable and also uses portable apps install of firefox and pigeon set up to run on tor. It would be nice if they would use the private browser here also. I hope this helps.

check the 2nd page out. With any luck they will get around to it. They are doing a great job of getting apps out every day now.
since the browser included is the portable firefox as found here and the rest is simply zipped. All works same as portable apps do.
