This is a commercial software, and there is currently no plan to my knowledge on making that application portable right now. It might also goes against the software's EULA, and the activation is tied to the system.
Unless Autodesk has a plan on making a portable version of it, I don't see this happening.

it is called as far as I remamber.
Search whole forum ,you will find it. OK it is not original autocad, this is proprietary and probabaly too complex to be portable and it needs activation or what etc. But the cademia seemed to me fine for simple things at least.
