Description: Popular turn-based strategy game. Very active development wise.
Note: This app has been requested multiple times and there was a launcher for it though this is unlikely to still work with the latest version. A good game though. Natively portable. Just needs the PAF wrapper for updating and uniformity.

The launcher is here. However it is not likely to work with the current release as it was developed for version 1.2.6. Alternatively you can use it as is without the launcher for now. Just download the ZIP file from the site and copy that to your USB. Still hopefully a dev decides to make an official portable version.
