how can I create a shortcut into the menu?

Right now you cant create a shortcut and make it appear in the menu. The Menu only looks for exe files and lists them.
There might be a workaround by creating a bat file and converting it to an exe but I never tried that.

You could use that solution, but it's quick & dirty
