How to upgrade from current version 2.8.12 to the latest 2.9.3 ??

wxwidgets 2.9.3 is still

wxwidgets 2.9.3 is still development quality, 2.8.12 is the current stable package, you'll have to wait until wxdevc++ main developers decide to add the 2.9.3 packages and get them from the updater
