Other: Great piece of software. It would be lovelly to see this great app added to the already awesome list of open source softwares for Windows! ^^
So... what's the status on this request? This could be really useful to some people out there.

That looks like a great app - well worth while doing. Unfortunately (in my opinion), it's just too powerful. It's got too many features to replace winMd5sum's elegant simplicity. I observe that in the last release (May 2008 - probably a sign that it's stagnant, but could also mean it's complete) there was a PAF version; it looks to be OK at that point, but it needs updating to the latest PAF specs. I'll try doing that at some point and getting in contact with the author if he's continuing working on it or wants to help with the portable version.

Hello,
I've downloaded and tested Fsum Frontend 1.5.5.1 http://fsumfe.sourceforge.net/ I used to use http://www.md5summer.org/ but I've changed to Fsum because it is much more powerful and useful for my needs. Not only about 100 different checksums, but it can be used recursively too. All the power I needed.
I was surprised to see there is Fsum Frontend 1.5.5.1 (installer) for PortableApps Suite™ already downloadable but not available in https://portableapps.com/ so I made a search to find this thread.
I don't know if Fsum Frontend 1.5.5.1 (installer) for PortableApps Suite™ is already updated to the latest PAF specs but I think having this tool available at https://portableapps.com/ would be a great improvement. Myself, I would install it straightforward.
Greetings,
