Just tried three mirrors. They're all perfectly fine. It's either your net connection or your ZIP client. All Zip files are tested with Windows built-in compressed folder support, Winzip and 7-zip for compatitibily.
And, I know you're new here, but please refrain from all caps and multiple exclamation points. It's considered bad form in pretty much every online forum.

Ok, I'm using winrar, lemme check with the winxp built-in. And sorry for the caps, I know it's kinda rude but I was... well, angry :s I'm working right now and my boss asked me to make a website for this business, and I don't like FrontPage, I wanted to test NVU but didn't work, I'm on dial-up so it's a pain to download... I'll try no to yell again ^_^

I'm extracting them correctly and something is wrong on my end as well.
What zip client are you using on them? Try using the self-extractor instead (since it doesn't rely on your client)
