It is a small program and if it suits your requirements, you could ask for someone to make a launcher for it. I have made mine portable with JauntePE.
I recommend the use of Data Crow Portable. It's open source, already in development here, catalogues movies as well as other media and I've been using it for some time now and quite like the ability to combine different media databases into a single application. Give it a whirl, you might like it

In October, I downloaded and started to use Movienizer Portable (v.2.2??). When I started it up after Christmas it updated to 3.xx and now requires a $40 fee to register and use it! The current "Free" version only allows you to add 50 movies.
