GIMP Portable v2.8

Hi,

I suggest you guys to upgrade GIPM Portable to the 2.8 version (if possible), because there's a major change: a single-window interface.

Doesn't Exist

GIMP 2.8 doesn't exist yet. So we can't make it portable. 2.6.7 is the current release. 2.7.0 is the current development release (unstable, not fully translated, for testing stuff).

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
