Digital Signing of the freeware apps...

Ok, so the freeware apps are beginning to come in now Smile

Downloaded FreeCommander Portable, and I noticed that it is not digitally signed.
Normally the apps here are signed by Rare Ideas, LLC (as in the same one listed at the bottom of the PA.c webpages)

I was just wondering if the digital signing is going to be left to the original Devs or are PA.c going to be doing it?

We Don't

We don't digitally sign work put together by other folks. So it is left to the developers... same as their local installers are. Publishers like 2X are signing them. Individual freeware developers probably won't. We encourage it where possible, of course, for security.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
