Forced close of all applications on Exit - a la Codyssey.
I think, it would be better in such a way because one must close otherwise always every program individually.

Probably obvious but, make sure you use PostMessage
PostMessage(nWnd, WM_NULL, 0, 0);
then terminate if not closed after 30 secs, with a cancel dialog
