"AqBanking Setup Wizard" failed to run

I am getting an error as well,
Gnucash 2.2.9 (currently the latest release, installed from PAF)
Clicked Tools/Online Banking Setup...
Forward button
Start AqBanking Wizard button
recieve windows Application Error
The instruction at "0x....." referenced memory at "ox....". ...
Then GnuCash error immediately following (after clicking OK to windows error)
The external program "AqBanking Setup Wizard" failed to run successfully because the additional software "Qt" was not found.
There is more to this error including if it is installed, to add the info to the PATH variable.

So, does anyone use this? Can anyone give advice to resolve this problem? I am currently uncertain what to look for so far as a Qt driver file is concerned (not gtk?) to know what to add to the path. I would think this is part of the GnuCash installation, and I would think the PATH variable for this should be handled temporarily by the running of Portable GnuCash. I am running this app as the machines admin so it really is not the issue that writing to the registry is a problem. Thank you in advance for any useful replies.

Qt Installed

You may now need Qt itself installed locally for it to function since the switch to AqBanking. I know there have been issues on the Windows builds. See if you can get a local install of it working first. It simply may not work in GnuCash itself on Windows. I know 2.2.1 is the last version with details of how to get it working and it required several manual changes:

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

I have just change the Prog now ;-))

All this have stressed me up too much!! Therefore I'd just changed to my local Banking Program (WISO Mein Geld =I don't know about different Languages..!!) what still Provide an Portable Installation itselves too.

On Top of this: it's VERY easy to copy the Database here & there! I can only recomend this!!
