I'm not having any other problems. It seems that every time I switch computers I lose parts of the theme. I'm doing the standard install path, X:\PortableApps\GoogleChromePortable.
Its the tiesto theme, though I don't think that should matter any.

Have you tried other themes to see if the same issue affects it? Are you sure you're running revision 2? Are you using the INI for extra settings?
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Yes, I'm using revision two.
No, I haven't tried any other themes. I don't want any other themes, I want that one
I'm not using the INI for anything extra.

Can you list the contents of the GoogleChromePortable\Data\profile\Default\Cached Theme Images directory?
And am I correct in assuming that only the title bar is missing its background? Does it only happen when you switch computers or does it happen if you quit and restart Google Chrome Portable?

theme_tab_background
theme_tab_background_incognito
theme_tab_background_original
Seems to be when I swap drive letters.

OK this is a separate problem from what I fixed.
It looks like Chrome hardcodes the full paths of theme image files into Preferences. I should be able to have the launcher fix these paths before it launches Chrome.

It's too easy to miss one when manually editing and with some (Songbird in mind) it'd be just plain evil to get them all (SQLite DB). Whereas
subst G: F:
and you can now run things on drive G: as well as F:.I am a Christian and a developer and moderator here.

Or just use a script that changes the drive letter using mountvol.
